Shopping on Anguilla

Anguilla is known for its white sandy beaches, its turquoise waters and its five-star world class restaurants…but Anguilla is not known as a shopping destination.

However, there are many great art galleries and upscale boutiques on the island.

For example, you can visit Cheddie’s Carving Studio around the corner from Twin Palms Villas where Cheddie Richardson creates beautiful driftwood sculptures. He is an internationally acclaimed wood sculptor and works in mahogany, walnut, and coral as well. In 1996, his bronze work was presented to Queen Elizabeth II and it remains in the Royal Art Collection in England.
